Paycheck 19- Communication Preps

Communication Preps Part Two

The ability to communicate has been cherished since the beginning of time. Even your lone wolf preppers out there might want the ability to search the radio waves for updates after the SHFT happens. Maybe you are prepping only to survive a flood or earthquake and not a believer in TEOTWAWKI, ( The End Of The World As We Know It), you will still want to be able to communicate. I have prepped radios to scan for news and radio chatter, radios to communicate with family members, and radios to back up my other radios. Do not overlook the power of communication and information!

My Favorite Ham Radio for beginners

It would have to be the Ft-60r from Yaesu.

  • It is a work horse
